Welcome

You made it
You’re here

That’s all that matters

I’m so glad you found your way here. If you’re someone with an ADHD brain — curious, creative, sometimes overwhelmed, often misunderstood — this space is for you.

There’s no need to hide or fix yourself here.
This is about meeting your mind and body with care
and creating a life that truly supports the way you move through the world.

Let’s find your rhythm together.

Who am I?

I’m Sabrina.

A coruious mind
A compassionate heart
A adventurous soul

– and someone who has always felt deeply connected to people with ADHD.

Some of the dearest people in my life live with ADHD — my partner, close friends, and likely many others who may not yet have a name for their experience. I’ve always been fascinated by the way neurodivergent minds work:
The creativity, the intensity, the sensitivity, the brilliance.

And at the same time, I’ve seen the pain that can come when the world doesn’t make space for those ways of being.

Our culture is obsessed with output, productivity, and performance. It leaves little room for softness, slowness, or difference — and often makes people with ADHD feel like they’re not enough. I know that pain intimately, too: I’ve moved through my own experiences of depression, and I understand how closely ADHD and depression can intertwine—especially in a world that doesn't honor our full humanity.

I was born in Germany, studied philosophy, and worked for many years as a Creative Director in Berlin before moving to Portugal and closer to nature, finding my way into Yoga, Buddhist studies, and the deeper work of embodiment. These practices gave me something I hadn’t felt in a long time: space to breathe, to feel, to reconnect.

Now, I offer that space to others.

My work is about creating moments where you can feel safe, accepted, and at home in yourself. Where being is enough. And where doing is something to be enjoyed, not something you have to prove.
