CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to cancel booked sessions or services according to the following terms:

1. Cancellation by Client
Cancellations must be made via email to SabrinadaAlma@gmail.com.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be refunded.

2. Cancellation by Provider
In the rare case that a session must be cancelled by me, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.

3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment within 7 business days.
