1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, offers, and content provided through the website https://aurora-da-alma.com, operated by Sabrina Pascht.

3. Services Offered
I offer creative, spiritual, and consultative services such as 1:1 ADHD sessions, online yoga classes, and retreat experiences. The scope and format of each service are described on the website or communicated directly via email.
4. Booking & Contract Formation
Bookings for online 1:1 ADHD sessions and online yoga classes are made directly through the third-party platform Acuity Scheduling. The booking process and payment are handled securely through that system.
By completing a booking through Acuity, a binding agreement is formed between the client and Sabrina Pascht for the selected service.
For retreats, a deposit is required, and the booking is only considered confirmed once a written confirmation email has been sent by me. Without this confirmation, no binding agreement exists.
5. Payment Terms
For Acuity-based bookings, payment is processed at the time of booking. For retreats or manually arranged services, payment details and deadlines will be provided via email.
A booking is only considered confirmed once payment (or deposit) has been received and acknowledged.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for a full refund or free rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may not be refunded.
Retreats may have their own cancellation terms, which will be outlined during the booking process. Please also refer to the full Cancellation Policy on this website.
7. Liability Disclaimer
I accept no liability for any damages resulting from the use of this website or my services unless caused by gross negligence or intent.
My services are for personal growth, well-being, and creative development, and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
8. Copyright Notice
All content on this website — including text, images, designs, and audio — is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without written permission is not allowed.
9. Changes to Terms
I reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on this website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Portugal. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
