UPCOMING RETREATS
A tidal mind moves in waves.
If you live with ADHD, you may know this rhythm well — periods of intense focus, creativity and productivity followed by phases of mental overload or exhaustion.
Tidal Mind is a small-group retreat designed for people with high-functioning ADHD who want to better understand their brain, regulate their nervous system and work with their natural drive more sustainably.
Through workshops, group sessions, yoga and surf sessions on the Atlantic coast, you explore how focus, stress, creativity and attention interact in ADHD.

Questions & Answers
Do I need to have a formal ADHD diagnosis?
No. Some participants are formally diagnosed, while others simply recognize themselves in the experience of a fast, creative and often overstimulated mind. If the description of a high-functioning ADHD pattern resonates with you, the retreat will likely feel relevant. Is this retreat more educational or more experiential?
Both aspects are part of the experience. The workshops provide a deeper understanding of ADHD patterns and nervous system regulation, while movement, ocean sessions and shared time in nature allow these insights to be experienced in a more embodied way.Can I come alone?
Yes — and most participants do.Retreats often create connection naturally through shared meals, time in nature and group conversations. Many people arrive alone and quickly feel part of the group.
What should I bring?
- Comfortable clothes for movement and yoga
- Swimwear for ocean sessions
- A light jacket for cooler evenings
- Anything you enjoy for reflection, such as a notebook or journal.
